7-Day Pre-Travel Diet/Pre-Party Diet/Finishing Touches Diet

This is a special "hard-core" 7 day diet that you can use to prepare to look awesome for a trip to the beach, to a party, to a reunion, to prepare for a photo or in any other situation where you want to arrive looking your best. You can time it so that you appear at the event on the 7th day or last day of the diet. For instance, if the party you want to go to is on a Saturday night, then begin this hard-core diet the previous Sunday morning. By the time the 7 days are up, you'll look more hard and defined than you ever have. The other time to use this 7-day diet is for your final 7 days of dieting while on a dieting phase. So you would switch from the main BestLodging.com diet to this one for your final 7 days. So it is also a "finishing touches diet". Since you would be totally done with dieting when you reach this point, you may as well celebrate and show off your body by going on a trip anyway. This hard-core pre-travel/party diet utilizes techniques similar to what magazine models do before a photo shoot to look ripped and shredded. It is hard-core, because in addition to being on a very low carbohydrate diet for the first 4 days, you only use whole foods, you go from drinking ample amounts of water to drinking minimal amounts, you only drink water, you from doing 90 minutes per day of exercise to doing no exercise and you go from using slightly excessive amounts of salt to having no salt at all except for what occurs naturally in whole foods.

By the time the first 4 days have past, due to 4 days of a low carb diet coupled with 90 minutes per day of exercise, your glycogen stores in your muscles and liver will be depleted. Then when you switch over to a high carb diet the glycogen stores fill back up quickly. But since you're drinking very little water, your body has to take water stored just under the skin to be used for storing the glycogen. Another way of saying it is that the water located just under the skin gets sucked into the muscles when you start eating carbs again without drinking much water, which results in a ripped and shredded look for you. The results you'll get will be temporary. You'll only looked more defined for up to a few days, long enough for the beach trip or party. If you're already in fairly good shape when you start this, then by the time you're done in 7 days you'll like you could appear on the cover of a magazine.

On this 7-day diet, days 1,2,3 and 4 are "low carbohydrate (carb) days, and days 5,6, and 7 are "high carb days". The diet ends on the 7th day, but you can use it again 7 days before you have another party, beach trip, reunion, etc. to go to.
