Secure a single overhead pulley cable
station. Stand away from the station. Attach a rope handle
attachment to the pulley, and grab each side of the handle
with each hand. Your arms should be at about a 90
degree angle. Inhale in this position. Push down with your triceps until your arms are
fully extended. Yon may lock out your triceps on triceps
exercises. Pause, squeeze your triceps and exhale. Return to the
starting position. Repeat for reps. Avoid arching your
