Cable Front Raise:

Set up a low pulley station with some weight. Reach down and grab the handle attached to the pulley and rest your hand by your leg entended down with a slight bend in your elbow. The weight should be slightly lifted off the rest of the rack in this position. Inhale. |

Standing away from the pulley station, raise the handle while keeping your arm close to your sides, and with a slight bend in your elbows until your hand is up to shoulder level or a little higher. Pause, and exhale, while squeezing your shoulder muscles. Return to the starting position, and repeat for reps. |
