Cable Front Raise:

Set up a low pulley station with some weight. Reach down and grab the handle attached to the pulley and rest your hand by your leg entended down with a slight bend in your elbow. The weight should be slightly lifted off the rest of the rack in this position. Inhale.

Standing away from the pulley station, raise the handle while keeping your arm close to your sides, and with a slight bend in your elbows until your hand is up to shoulder level or a little higher. Pause, and exhale, while squeezing your shoulder muscles. Return to the starting position, and repeat for reps.
