Read all instructions on the seated calf raise machine before
use. Generally, you position the height
adjustment to allow full
range of
motion. Sit on the
seat, Put your thighs
under the
pad, just barely above the top of
your knees.
Now your
thighs are
parallel with the floor.
Keep your stomach tucked in, chest out and
shoulders back for good
form.
Inhale.
Raise your heels, rising off the balls of your feet,
keeping your legs bent. When
you've
risen as high as
you can,
pause, squeeze your
calf
muscles and exhale.
Return to
the start and
repeat for
reps.
