Secure a chest press machine and read and follow the
instructions on the machine. Generally, adjust the height and
handle positioning according to your height and body type, sit
down on the seat with your back down on the bench, and put your
hands on the handlebar with an overhand grip, wider than shoulder
width apart and elbows flared out to emphasize the chest muscles.

Push the handles on the machine up with your chest
muscles. Keep your back on the pad while pushing. At the top, pause,
squeeze your chest muscles and exhale. Then return to the
starting position and repeat for reps. |
