Incline Push
Up:

Put a stable chair in front of you. Get in the
beginning position of a push up, but put your hands on the ground
and the balls of your feet on the chair. Pull your belly in towards
your spine, and keep your belly tucked in. Squeeze your chest muscles and exhale. |

Slowly lower your body, until your face is barely
above the ground. Inhale. Return to the starting position and repeat for
reps. |
