Position the hip pad by adjusting it to your height.
Position it high enough for maximum support, but enough to bend
forward at the hips. Place your feet under the foot pads. Keep your
legs straight, but never with knees locked. Pause, exhale and
squeeze your lower back muscles. Bend forward at the waist while keeping your legs
stationary. Keep your back flat the whole time by keeping your chest
out, shoulders back, and head in line with the body with eyesight
directed forward. Inhale at the bottom. Return to the start and
repeat for reps. You can make the exercise harder by holding a
