Put a mat down in front of a swiss ball. Kneel down
on your knees on the mat. Put your hands together as if praying and
rest your forearms on the swiss ball. Inhale. Lean forward so that the ball starts to roll
forward. Keep going until your your thighs and upper body are
aligned, such that your're in a forward plank position. Pause,
squeeze your abs, exhale, then return back to the starting position.
Repeat for reps. See a movie showing the exercise. |
