Lay down with your lower back on a swiss
ball. Place your fingertips behind your
ears, as shown in the picture. Inhale in this
position. Start off with your head parallel to the
ground. Contract your abs while raising your head in a
crunching position, lifting your head about 30 degrees off the
ball. Squeeze your abs hard at the top position.
Pretend you are curling yourself around a barrel. Don't
yank on the back of your ears to cheat your way up. Exhale in the
top position and return until your torso is parallel to the floor,
while resisting the weight of your body with your abs. Repeat for
reps. |
