Abs Exercise:

Lay down on your back on a flat bench, or a mat.
Keep your palms down on the ground, and your knees up in the top
position of a lying leg raise. Inhale. |

Slowly make a wide figure-8 movement with your
knees. Do the same amount of repititions each way (clockwise and
counter clockwise figure 8's). Exhale when your knees are far out to
the sides, and inhale when your knees are directly above your
body. |
