Cable Leg
Raise:

Lay down on a mat next to a low pulley station in a
position to do a regular leg raise on the floor. Put an attachment
on the pulley that you can move with your feet or knees. Keep
your arms by your sides. Lay on the mat. Bring your knees towards
your chest, going past your hips, like a regular floor leg raise,
with the attachment attached to your feet or knees. Squeeze your abs
in the top position and exhale. |

Slowly lower your feet back towards the ground.
Stopping just before the bottom. Inhale. Repeat for
reps. Avoid using momentum to do the
exercise. |
