Law #12 - Eat 8 times per day (or at least 6 times per day) every day, and don't EVER miss a meal

Do NOT miss any meals. You'll lose weight slightly faster if you spread your meals out over 8 times per day, than if you do use the 6 times per day plan. But it may seem too hard to spread your daily food intake over 8 meals. You will eat about every 2 hours if you choose to eat 8 times per day, and about every 3 hours if you choose to eat 6 times per day. The only exception is you won't be waking up during sleep, but 30 minutes before sleep you may be taking  supplements, and immediately before bed you'll have a snack, preferably casein protein or cottage cheese, which lasts about 7 hours before your body starts going catabolic. Don't ever go longer than 3 hours without eating, or you’ll go into starvation mode: you can look at your arm and know that muscle is being chewed away off of your biceps and triceps to fuel your body until you eat some protein again. Don’t do that, as that is a primary reason way people fail on diets. Muscle is the driver of metabolism. Your speed of your metabolism is directly proportional to the amount of muscle you have. Eating 8 times a day also helps control insulin, because you're getting your carbohydrates spread out over 8 smaller meals instead of just 3 large ones. The rises and drops of blood-sugar levels from the 8 small meals is analogous to a wimpy roller with 8 small hills. These "hills" are slightly larger if you eat 6 times a day, but they are still much smaller than if you only ate 3 meals.  Think of the 3 rises and drops from spreading the same amount of carbs into just 3 large meals in a day as a theme-park's showcase thrill ride roller coaster, with 3 huge death-defying rises and falls. When dieting, the rising and falling of blood-sugar levels should stay small, like a baby roller coaster (except for right after a workout). Choose one of two options: eating 6 times per day or 8 times per day:

Eating 8 times per day: You will eat 5 snacks and 3 meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) each day.

Eating 6 times per day: You will eat 3 snacks and 3 meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) each day.
