I believe that this is the most important aid you’ve ever encountered for achieving safe and fast fat loss: “The Diet”. Notice I said fat loss. Other diets will say that you’ll lose “weight.” That is because on other diets, that “8-13 pounds in the first two weeks” that you’ll lose is largely water and muscle.

If you follow this diet, you will never again have to endure another “weight” loss diet. Follow the accompanying maintenance phase to keep the fat off that you lose on this diet. FINALLY you’ve come across a diet that cannot fail IF you only follow it. More importantly, The Diet instructs you how to keep the excess fat off your body for the rest of your life.

In order to lose fat, you need to eat fewer calories than your body burns over the course of a period of time. You’ll lose one pound of pure fat on The Best Lodging Diet for every 3500 calorie deficit. So to lose ten pounds of fat, you need to create a 35,000 calorie deficit.

The time to lose excess fat is now. You cannot afford to procrastinate any longer. You need to do it not only for yourself, but also for your loved ones, and all those who care about you and all those you care about.

Let’s look at a few statistics. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDCP) estimates that 64 percent of Americans are either overweight or obese. You don’t want to pass away prematurely. That is why you need to lose your excess, unneeded fat, and keep it off for the rest of your life by eating only what your body needs to maintain your ideal weight. You also need to begin the exercise program that I lay out for you, or a similar hardcore program, and continue exercising for the rest of your life. This really will make a big difference in the quality of life that you’ll have as you get older. You don't want to end up in a nursing home because your muscles have deteriorated away, and they surely will if you don't use them. I believe that the chances are slim you'll end up in a nursing home if you exercise the way I do. On the other hand, if you don't exercise, you're destined to spend your final days in one. 

You need to make the change today, and lose undesired fat, and begin to make exercise a way of life. Every day you procrastinate results in a minuscule amount of time that is deducted from the long lifespan that you’re capable of having. Although the effect of procrastinating each day is minuscule, the cumulative effect is immense indeed. You want to be around to have great grandchildren.

One thing I’m not going to do to you is lie about how it is going to be easy like all the other diets tell you that you’ll lose a “pound” (of water & muscle) a day. Even the Best Lodging diet is hard. That is why the first three words in diet is “die”. But if you don’t start now, be prepared to “die” prematurely.

What if I told you that you could eat pizza, and hamburgers and drink beer and still have forearms with veins popping out because you’re ultra lean? You couldn't do it all the time, but 1/3 of the time! If you follow this diet as I've outlined, you're destined to have a body that everyone else will stare at and envy. When you walk into a room, although some people from the opposite sex won't find you sexually attractive (maybe because they're “taken”) they will still admire how you've worked so hard to have a body that currently less than 5% of people have. Don't settle for mediocrity.

It is my hope that people start caring about their bodies, instead of caring so much about getting their monies-worth at an "all-you-can-eat" buffet, and all start exercising every day. Although getting lean is largely nutrition, exercise and supplements are needed for results that you'll ultimately be satisfied with.
